Regrettably, this means that the Company is no longer able to provide any products ordered and not yet delivered, or to offer a refund of monies received
Consequently, we will shortly be issuing formal notification of the proposed liquidation to all known creditors in the coming days.
However, in the meantime we would draw your attention to section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act (“section 75”) which allows you to claim a refund from your credit card provider if the supplier enters insolvency. Furthermore, under section 75, you are still covered if you have only paid a deposit or part payment of the full bill on your credit card if the overall cost of the goods was more than £100.
Therefore, we would strongly recommend that you speak to your credit card provider in the first instance
